Studenac to open 36,000 m² distribution center at LOGEXPERT’s Velika Gorica Logistics Park.
Strategic Expansion in a Prime Location
LOGEXPERT is proud to announce that Studenac, Croatia’s fastest-growing food retailer, has chosen Logistics Park Velika Gorica as the location for its new national distribution center. The 36,000 m² facility, located within the park’s DC5 building, is scheduled to become operational in Q2 2025 and will significantly strengthen Studenac’s logistics capabilities across the country.
Sustainable and High-Tech Operations
Designed to meet modern logistics demands, the new center will incorporate a Warehouse Management System (WMS), automated stock replenishment, and green building features including rooftop solar panels and advanced waste management systems. These features support Studenac’s commitment to sustainability and digital transformation.
Job Creation and Regional Impact
Once operational, the distribution center is expected to create around 500 new jobs, providing a major boost to the local economy. Studenac’s rapid growth—tripling its store network in less than six years—has made it Croatia’s leading food retailer by number of outlets, with over 1,250 stores and 6,000 employees.

The development of DC5 and DC6 began in late 2024 and will deliver over 57,000 m² of new logistics space by Q3 2025. With Studenac as an anchor tenant, LOGEXPERT continues to demonstrate its role as a key developer of high-quality logistics infrastructure in Croatia and the region.
