LOGEXPERT Logistics Park Zdencina DC 1 + DC 2

Logistics Park Gornja Zdencina is strategically located in the southwest of Zagreb, near the A1 Rijeka-Zagreb highway, with convenient access within less than 1 km. This highway, which lies on the V Pan-European corridor, offers excellent connectivity.

As a green project, the park incorporates environmentally friendly features such as photovoltaic (PV) panels on the roof and a heat pump system, showcasing our commitment to sustainability.

The park is developed in three phases: DC 1, DC 2, and DC 3, covering a total area of approximately 110,000 m2.

‍The construction of the first and second phase (DC 1 and DC 2) started in May 2023.
