Gabriel Bitea is the founder and driving force behind LOGEXPERT, a leading real estate development company with a strong footprint across Central and Eastern Europe. A native of Timișoara, Romania, and a graduate in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Timișoara, Gabriel began his entrepreneurial journey in 1999 with a focus on construction installations. His strategic vision soon led to the expansion into industrial warehouse development, establishing a robust presence in Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Croatia.
With a hands-on approach to both executive and operational roles, Gabriel has guided LOGEXPERT through a consistent growth trajectory, known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term partnerships. His leadership is grounded in integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence, making him a respected figure in the regional real estate industry.

Bogdan Martin is a seasoned engineer with nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, including a long-standing role at LOGEXPERT since 2006. As Head of Construction and Development, Bogdan leads complex projects across the full lifecycle - from concept to completion - ensuring precision, innovation, and seamless coordination across teams.
A graduate of the “Politehnica” University of Timișoara with a master’s degree in optimizing installation systems, Bogdan brings both technical expertise and visionary thinking to every project. Known for his meticulous approach and commitment to excellence, he plays a critical role in transforming architectural ideas into high-performance industrial spaces.

Adrian Stanisav brings over two decades of financial expertise to his role as Financial and Controlling Manager at LOGEXPERT Group. With a strong background in strategic planning, cost control, and risk management, Adrian plays a critical role in optimizing financial performance and supporting the group’s long-term growth.
A graduate in Management from the University of Timișoara and a certified accounting expert with C.E.C.C.A.R. since 2002, Adrian also serves as administrator for all project-based SPVs within the group. His leadership, precision, and collaborative approach ensure sound financial governance and effective project execution across LOGEXPERT’s portfolio.

With over 17 years of experience at LOGEXPERT, Oana Gaspar plays a key role in ensuring the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. Starting her career in 2007 as an Assistant Manager while still pursuing her degree in Banking Finance at the University of Economics and Business Administration in Timișoara, Oana has grown into a pivotal member of the leadership team.
As Office & Operations Manager and Assistant to the CEO, she expertly coordinates day-to-day processes, supports strategic functions, and ensures operational consistency across the group. Known for her dedication, precision, and deep knowledge of the organization, Oana is a driving force behind LOGEXPERT’s internal efficiency and long-term continuity.
