Successful completion of the first phase of LOGEXPERT Logistics Park in Zagreb, Velika Gorica, demonstrates our commitment to progressive industrial developments. The project exemplifies our focus on creating dynamic and efficient logistics spaces that serve the evolving needs of businesses.
Logistics Park Velika Gorica is in the direct vicinity of highway A11 and city of Zagreb which is only 22 km away.
The construction of the first phase DC1 and DC2 was finished in June 2022.
Construction of the second phase, covering an approximate area of 40.000 m2 started in August 2023. The delivery date for this was End of 2024 - January 2025.
The area of approx 110.000 m2 is fully rented to several tenants.
As a green project, the logistics park incorporates sustainable features such as photovoltaic panels on the roof and a pump heating system, prioritizing energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Construction of the third phase, DC5 and DC6, covering an approximate area of 57.000 m2, started in November 2024. The expected delivery date for this phase is the end of the Q3 of 2025.
