Logistics Park Zdenčina DC 3
Logistics Park Zdenčina is a modern logistics and distribution complex located in Gornja Zdenčina, Zagreb County. The park comprises two operational facilities—DC1 and DC2—with a third phase DC3 planned for future expansion.
- DC2, completed in mid-2024, spans 65,090 m² and is leased to leading companies including Orbico, Gemma, and Lesnina (from mid-2025). It features high-grade warehouse space, ADR zones, temperature-controlled areas, and ample office and mezzanine space. It also includes 206 parking spaces and rooftop solar panels generating 4,699 MWh annually.
- DC1, nearing completion with delivery set for April 2025, adds another 15,594 m² to the park. It is fully pre-leased to Viator & Vektor and includes warehouse, office, and technical areas, plus solar generation of 1,196 MWh annually.
- DC3 is in the planning phase and will further expand the park’s capacity, reinforcing Zdenčina’s position as a key logistics hub in the Zagreb metropolitan area.
The park is strategically situated along the A1 highway, offering excellent connectivity to Zagreb, the broader Croatian motorway network, and European transport corridors. The entire site will eventually exceed 130,000 m² of GLA, all built to modern Class A logistics standards.
