LOGEXPERT Industrial Park Osijek

We are excited to announce the completion of the Industrial Park in Osijek. This project is designed to meet the needs of manufacturing business, providing a purpose-built facility that meets their specific requirements, with a focus on efficiency, functionality, and sustainability.

Industrial Park Osijek is located in the industrial zone Nemetin, well-connected to major transportation routes, Slavonian Avenue and Osijek Bypass.

The project consists of total area of 48.000 m² which will be fully rented out to one tenant:

Jabil, which makes the Fortune 500 at #119.

This facility serves as Jabil’s production plant which will support their strategic focus on long-term secular trends and growth in renewable energy, electric vehicles, healthcare, 5G, and cloud.

Completion date: Q2- 2024.

In the next phase extension of approx. 52.000 m² is possible.
