Logistics Park Brnik highlights our proficiency in constructing efficient and modern distribution facilities, meeting the diverse needs of businesses in the logistics sector.

The distribution center is in direct vicinity of Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, with good highway access (5 min) and 20 minutes from V. and X. Pan European transport corridor crossing.

The facility in the total area of 25.664 m2 is fully rented to one tenant.

The construction of first phase was finished in May 2023.

As a "green project," the distribution center incorporates features such as photovoltaic panels on the roof and a heating pump system.

The second phase is a subject of expansion of Bosch facility to the west and shall comprise approx. 10,440 m2 of production area and 3,470 m2 of logistic area.
